Appointment request data
Your name, phone, clinic, service and preferred day are used to arrange your request. This site does not request medical history or medical photographs. Authorised reception and management staff can access request records.
Retention and your rights
The clinic’s configured retention period applies; an administrator performs periodic cleanup manually. Contact clinic management through its published channels to request access, correction or deletion. Contact details, retention arrangements and this policy must be reviewed before launch.
WhatsApp, videos and measurement
Opening WhatsApp prepares a message with your name, clinic, service and preferred day but does not send it. External videos connect to their provider only when you choose to load them. Optional measurement requires consent and uses aggregate events without your name, phone or service details. Change your choice using Privacy preferences.
Video and measurement providers may receive network and browser information when their services are used. External providers’ policies apply when you visit them. The enquiry form is not for emergencies or medical advice.
